Marketing Manager in Peterborough

Exciting new role as Marketing Manager working for our Peterborough based client, with properties based through East Anglia and the South-East.

A brand-new role working in support of the Directors to drive interest in their properties to maximise leads and create sales.

This is a truly generalist Marketing Manager role - you will engage with the sales teams to fully understand the challenges they are facing in maximising sales, and work with them to break these down.

You will need to research and identify their target customers, and work out ways to raise the brand profile, and create appetite for the brands properties using tradition and digital channels.

Supported by the Directors, and working in partnership with the sales teams, you will: * Create and plan the marketing strategy designed to drive brand awareness and deliver leads to the sales teams.

* Manage their digital assets ensuring all information is up to date, engaging and optimised.

* Review and reengage audiences through their social channels including Instagram and tik tok to build brand awareness * Create and distribute compelling case studies, features, press releases, videos etc and build first class relationships with relevant websites, blogs, publications and news groups to maximise adoption of stories and story lines.

You will previously have worked in a business to consumer marketing role, ideally within property and have had full ownership of the marketing strategy and tactical plan.

The client is looking for a creative, ideas led marketeer who is equally comfortable translating insights from qualitative and quantitative data into narrative and insights inform budget and strategy decisions.

The role will require you to travel across all areas in which the client is represented - and when not on the road you will be required to work in the office.

It is rare to find a brand-new role within an established brand, that will give autonomy and authority from the get-go - you must have a track record in delivering sales leads through effective, tactical marketing across all channels.
