This is a stand alone Marketing role, working alongside their Customer Support team.Due to the requirements of this role, our client is looking for somebody who has been in a marketing role with recent and relevant demonstrable experience. It’s essential the successful person already has the relevant skillset and knowledge to enable them to work self-sufficiently.Role purpose:The Marketing Manager is responsible for the daily activities of the marketing functions of the business. Collaborating closely with the Team Manager and the sales team, this individual is instrumental in driving effective marketing campaigns and creating/maintaining steady lead generation.What your day to day will look like: * Creation and communication of email and social media marketing content & campaigns * Assist and communicate with website provider regarding maximising their SEO * Maintaining and updating their website, such as news and blogs * Creation of presentations for the sales team * Updating and creating internal and external company documentation * Research and analyse customer data like needs * Other marketing related duties assigned by Senior ManagementWhat you’ll need to be successful in the role: * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Must possess a keen eye for graphic design * In-depth knowledge of social media platforms * Excellent computer and software skills including Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Windows * Excellent organisational and time-management skills * Ability to work independently, set priorities, manage multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-paced environment * Focus on detailed execution, continuous improvement, and willingness to own outcomes * Willingness to be a "hands-on" member of the team * Proven problem solver and decision maker * Proven ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholdersPlease apply today to learn more and be considered and shortlisted.Match Recruitment Ltd is a Recruitment Agency and Employment Business and REC Corporate member based in Wellingborough and operating across Northamptonshire and nearby areas.
