Marketing Manager in Northampton

Job Title: Marketing Manager Contract: Full Time, Permanent Location: Northampton - (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000pa The professional services team at SF Recruitment, are currently working with a very exciting organisation who have very exciting growth plans over the next 1-5 years. Due to their growth and development plans, they are seeking a new Marketing Manager to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy, and brand awareness to support with the growth of the business. You will manage each individual task from developing individual strategies, through to completion of projects. You will be involved in event management, paid social media, publicity, email and content creation. You will work closely alongside the Director, Sales Manager and wider operations team, as well as manage a Marketing Assistant who will directly report into you, to ensure that all projects are in line with brand guidelines. The successful candidate who is to be offered the Marketing Manager position will have previous experience supporting an organisation to grow and develop their brand and organisation success. You will be able to build a strong understanding of your market, and understand their needs and requirements, so that you can come up with a targeted/creative approach to target these areas. You will be confident building relationships both internally, and externally at all levels. On a monthly basis, you will attend an internal meeting, where you will discuss successes, areas of improvement, and budget requirements.
