Marketing Manager, duties:
A pivotal role in driving online presence, engaging audience, and contributing to the growth of the brand in the commercial lighting sector.
Responsible for identifying market audience and increasing online presence, oversee the creation of landing pages and other online assets to support marketing
initiatives.
Lead the content creation process, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies,
videos, and printed material to educate customers and showcase products.
Collaborate with internal teams or external agencies to produce high-quality content.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage existing
customers, and promote product launches or offers.
Plan and manage online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Develop and execute social media plans across relevant platforms to foster engagement and build a strong online community and create and curate compelling content, including posts, articles, videos and graphics that resonate with the target audience.
Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics and making data-driven improvements.
Marketing Manager, requirements:
Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
Knowledge of the commercial lighting or electrical sector is a plus
