Marketing ManagerLocation: CarlisleSalary: Experience DependantHours: Full time, Monday – FridayJob Type: PermanentNXT are working on behalf on an award-winning business in Carlisle which is market leading in the ecommerce field and they want to grow their team with a Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities: * Watch over the creation of all marketing strategies including the website, ads, email campaigns and social media * Plan and produce comprehensive marketing strategy for online and retail channels * Manage relationships with key brands * Utilize marketing tools to track, measure and report on effectiveness * Management of the brand and retail marketing budget.

* Drive the digital marketing strategySkills and Experience: * Digital marketing and marketing experience is preferred * Experience with an ecommerce business * Exceptional leadership skills and motivational abilities.

* Evidence of creating and delivering innovative marketing for online and offline * Great analytical skills with a wide understanding of business strategies and sales targets.
