As a Marketing and Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing strategies and events to promote products and services. You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand presence, engaging with our audience, and driving business growth.
‘Marketing & Events Manager’ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Plan, organise, and manage events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Create and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Utilise social media platforms and digital marketing tools to engage with the audience.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
‘Marketing & Events Manager’ Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and event management.
- Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable, not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
