Job Description
Renishaw plc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our Machine Tool Products Division (MPD). This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategy and ensuring effective communication of our innovative product range to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of Renishaw’s MPD Marketing Communications Team.
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing communications plan, aligning with the division's strategic goals.
Work closely with Product Managers to plan and support specific product related Marcoms activity, such as new product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, and creation of sales support material.
Lead the creation of marketing materials such as videos, animations, brochures, and website content, ensuring Renishaw's brand guidelines and video production standards are met, and consideration is given to SEO and Tone of Voice guidelines.
Review and approve all public facing marketing material, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with Renishaw's brand guidelines.
Manage and oversee the division's social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate closely with Renishaw’s Group Marketing function, overseas subsidiaries, and other product divisions to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive, unified and support Renishaw’s commercial objectives.
Analyse market trends across our global regions, and gain customer insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Key requirements
Proven experience in marketing communications, preferably within the machine tool industry or a related technical engineering industry.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and sales enablement platforms.
Both a creative thinker and an analytical approach to marketing.
