Scope of Job

As the Marketing Analyst at AMT Auto, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the marketing department and beyond while enhancing the online visibility of the AMT Auto website through search engine optimisation.

You will be responsible for managing SEO tools, analysing website performance, interpreting data, and preparing data-driven reports and recommendations.

You will also be responsible for extracting and interrogating data to provide commentary and recommendations to better understand the needs of our customers.

You will need to measure website performance, report on the success of marketing campaigns, and report on division-specific data against KPIs to understand the most effective means of acquiring and communicating with our audience.

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Take ownership of SEO tools e.g. SEMRush, Moz, AhRefs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, KeywordsEverywhere, Sitechecker, etc. and utilise these tools to make data-driven recommendations to optimise SEO performance of the website

2. Conduct monthly comprehensive SEO audits of the website

3. Prepare roadmaps to improve SEO performance and optimisation

4. Support the wider marketing team with the implementation of SEO remediation actions in WordPress

5. Design, edit, and manage SEO optimised press releases, blogs, and articles on topical industry news, organisation news, and more

6. Support the wider marketing team to research keywords and trends to identify new opportunities to promote each division of AMT Auto: Rent, Lease, Buy, Sell, and Insure

7. Interrogate data from GA4, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Google Tag Manager, Excel (or Google Sheets) and HotJar in Looker Studio

8. Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports and SEO reports, providing commentary and recommendations where appropriate

9. Take ownership of UTM tracking parameters to track effectiveness of marketing campaigns against KPIs

10. Create standardised internal performance reports for each division of AMT Auto: Rent, Lease, Buy, Sell, and Insure

11. Support the wider marketing team by providing insights into successful campaigns and channels to make recommendations for future campaigns

12. Stay up-to-date with emerging market trends, SEO trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities to promote each division of AMT Auto: Rent, Lease, Buy, Sell, and Insure
