Managing / Senior Quantity Surveyor * Manchester * Office Based Position - Site visits when required * Up to £70k PA plus packageThe Shore Group have recently been appointed to source an MQS on behalf of a world leader in energy services. My client provide a mixture of technical, FM, regeneration and energy services across the UK and Ireland.As MQS, your role would be to assist the Commercial Manager and provide effective financial management during the whole life cycle of council contracts. You will be involved from pre-commencement stage to handover, making sure to reduce any risk and increase target contribution. You will also play fundamental role within the site teams to ensure the efficient delivery of each scheme.The right candidate will have previous experience working a similar position on social housing contractsPlease get in touch ASAP if you'd like to understand more about this position
