As a Managing Consultant at NRG, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment consultants, providing strategic direction and support to maximise their performance and professional growth.
  • Design and implement a cohesive sales strategy for your business area, driving growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in your business sector and position yourself as a thought leader within the community, contributing to industry discussions and thought leadership.
  • Offer informed advice and guidance to clients and candidates, leveraging your comprehensive understanding of the market.
  • Assist clients in discovering their ideal candidates through detailed searches and networking, ensuring a high level of service and successful placements.
  • Consistently develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, leveraging insights on recruitment trends, career development opportunities, processes, and remuneration packages. This approach is enriched by our deep market understanding and supported by a collaborative team dedicated to your success.
