Management Accountant - £38,000 / £40,000 - Reading - Hybrid An introduction to the company and role: Wade Macdonald are currently working with a company with a vibrant and inclusive work environment where talented individuals can thrive. Handle month-end reporting, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations Assist with annual budgeting and regular re-forecasting Produce monthly P&Ls and variance analysis Identify financial risks and opportunities Ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting Improve financial processes Conduct cost-benefit analysis What experience do you need? Studying towards ACCA/CIMA or equivalent Previous experience working in a similar role Intermediate Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Vlookups) What about you? What other things are they looking for?
