We are currently recruiting for a growing, PE backed manufacturing business based in Burnley looking to hire a Management Accountant, the role is offering fast progression to FC and mentorship from a highly valued CIMA trained CFO. The role itself is very varied, some of the duties are below:Ownership of the full month end processBalance sheet reconciliationsPrepayments/ accrualsRevenue recognitionMonthly salariesDevelopment of monthly KPI packAssisting with monthly board pack prepAnnual budgets and reforecastingDelivery of the Monthly Management Accounts including analysis and insightsEvolving processes and creating discipline across functionsWeekly Cashflow Planning and ManagementCompliance reporting inc VAT returnsWIP reportingManagement of costsFinance business partnering across the businessSupporting the CFO on additional responsibilitiesOur local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
