The Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Group Finance team with producing high-quality financial reports, maintaining strong internal controls, and business partnering with the wider business to enable the execution of our strategy. This is a new role, which will be part of the Costs reporting team, and will report to the Group Costs Reporting Manager.
This role will develop a strong relationship with key stakeholders including, the wider Group finance team, the Commercial finance team, Tax, and Company secretariat to produce insightful management and statutory reports, and ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting entries.
The Team:
The Group Costs Reporting team is part of the Group Finance team at Landsec, and consists of two management accountants, and a Group Costs Reporting manager reporting to the Head of Costs Reporting. The team is responsible for the financial reporting and control of our cost base – including budgeting, forecasting and monthly actuals reporting. The team work closely with various budget holders, including Cost Centre managers, and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
