Maintenance Team Leader in Goole

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturing company to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader to join their team near Goole. Salary - £54,900Shift Pattern: 3-week rotating shift pattern including Days and NightsWorking hours:Week 1 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 6am-6pm.Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday - 6am-6pm, Wednesday, Thursday - 6pm-6am.Week 3 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday - 6pm-6am.7 days offBenefits:Excellent pension scheme (company contribution of up to 12%)Lunch meal voucher.25 days holiday + bank holidays per year & opportunity to buy extraShare save scheme.Exceptional reward and recognition eventsReporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Team Leader will lead and manage a team of engineering colleagues and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling maintenance and engineering activities. Duties of the Maintenance Team Leader will include:Supports and leads as directed the implementation of world-class maintenance methodsLeads Route Cause AnalysisLeads practical problem-solving to minimise downtimeCo-ordinate’s complex fault finding and escalate additional support requirementsDevelops PM work orders and schedules for assets in CMMSDevelops calibration standards for critical assetsImprove maintenance and asset KPI'sMaintains spares and improves the life cycle of componentsEnsures maintenance interventions on critical assets are bought offCoordinate and Undertake equipment Risk Assessments and SOP'sLead the use of dynamic risk assessmentsDeputise for the maintenance manager out of hours to ensure planned and unplanned activities are conducted safelyIdentify and implement safe working practicesIdentify and implement risk reduction on equipmentEnsure statutory maintenance work orders are completed on time and feedback in CMMSWe would like to speak with Maintenance Team Leaders with the    following skills/experience:HNC in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringFormal Health and Safety qualificationCIEH Level 3 Health & SafetyNEBOSH General Certificate (preferred)Continuous Improvement experienceSupervisory experienceApply now or to discuss this Maintenance Team Leader role in more detail please contact Kerry Hill
