Rubicon People Partnership’s client are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join their team working within the Sheet Metal workshop.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery using various welding techniques and tools.
You’ll play a crucial part in production, ensuring welding is completed on schedule to the highest of standards.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include: Load materials into the welding fixtures and ensure proper alignment for accurate weldingMonitor the robotic welding process to ensure quality and consistency of weldsPerform regular maintenance on robotic welding equipment to keep it in optimal conditionInspect finished welds for defects and make necessary corrections to meet quality standardsFollow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplaceCollaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlinesBackgroundTo be successful in this Machine Operator, you will ideally havePrevious experience of operating robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environmentExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workGood problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issuesEffective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environmentConsistent work history and employers we can obtain references from Interested?
