Position: Locality Manager - Learning Disabilities

Coverage: London (managing x7 services for Adults with Learning Disabilities)

Salary: £50,000 per annum + Mileage

Are you a passionate Manager looking for a new role with some flexibility?

Do you have experience in a Supported Living Setting or Domiciliary ?

As a Locality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of care provided to individuals with Learning Disabilities across seven services in London. This remote role offers the flexibility to manage your workload efficiently while ensuring regular on-site visits to each service every other week. You will be responsible for the quality of care and line manage x2 Deputy while having oversight of the staff teams in each service.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to service teams.
  • Monitor and improve service quality and standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to maintain strong connections with each service.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Remit you will cover:

You will be covering an area of Pimlico, Greenwich and Dagenham

What we offer:

  • Competitive Salary of £50,000 per annum

  • 25 days plus 8 bank holidays ( increasing with length of service)
