Teacher Active are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in the area who will have the amazing opportunity to work with this wonderful Nursery!

We are looking for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to fill this permanent placement caring for and supporting young children and their early-stage development.

The Ideal Level 3 Nursery Practitioner must have the following:NVQ Level 3 and a minimum 6 or so month experience in an early year educational environmentA calm, nurturing and caring personaExcellent communication skillsA good understanding of Child protection and safeguarding guidelinesA flexible, positive can-do attitudeYou will: Duties: - Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery - Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play - Engage children in age-appropriate activities and play - Assist with feeding, diapering, and toileting as needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery area - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns - Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent Level 2 or 3 in child care - Previous experience working with young children preferred - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - Ability to work well in a team environmentQualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent Level 2 or 3 in child care - Previous experience working with young children preferred - Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children - Ability to work well in a team environmentIn return you will receive:Amazing rates of payA no hassle payment schemeWorking in a rewarding environmentOutstanding 1 to 1 service from your dedicated consultant working to support you every step of the way, with excellent industry experience and in-depth knowledgeAn excellent recommend a friend schemeAll our staff our paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right amount of Tax and National Insurance.
