Why do we need you?
We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to work alongside the Head of Recruitment, Learning & Development to ensure L&D is embedded into everyday life at MPG by supporting delivery of the L&D strategy. This role will support the acquisition, onboarding and ongoing learning of MoneyPlus colleagues, with opportunities to support and influence recruitment and induction programmes as well as continuous training materials.

What do we need you to do?
What skills and experience do we need you to have?
Experience in an L&D role is required due to the volume and level of work expected. Prior knowledge of a variety of L&D methods and the ability to both write content and facilitate is essential. We are a super busy, people centric function with a desire to deliver the very best for our colleagues. This role will need to embrace the vibrant and dynamic culture of MPG and be willing to learn new business functions and shift gear, adapting their approach along the way. CIPD Qualification is a bonus but not a prerequisite for this position.
