As a Learning and Development Consultant at Forsyth Barnes, you will:

• Deliver engaging classroom training for our onboarding and continuous development programmes.
• Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions to enhance individual and team performance.
• Coordinate all onboarding and training programmes with relevant stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and execution.
• Identify talent gaps, future development, and training needs across the business.
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a Learning and Development Consultant with experience in the recruitment industry who is eager to progress their own skills and expertise as well as enhance the performance of others!

We would also consider an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has a clear passion for moving into the world of Learning and Development.
