Product Lead: Security (Enterprise)

Salt have partnered with publically listed, product-led, global platform business shaping workflow tooling for Enterprise customers across the globe.

They are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial and technically competent Product Lead/ Lead Product Manager to own the end to end Enterprise security experience across the platform.

Enterprise growth sits at the heart of the businesses strategy moving forwards, with this role playing a pivotal role in future proofing accessibility for enterprise customers across the platform.

You'll be the first UK product hire for the business and play a pivotal role in their hiring into this geography moving forwards.

You'll have opportunities to hire, coach, manage and mentor other PM's whilst learning and developing as a product leader from some exceptional managers and mentors.

This role would suit a Product Lead who finds comfort in the complexities of shipping products at Enterprise scale, who can empathies with engineering challenges across security and privacy, and is passionate about leaving a lasting impact on this fundamental key to unlocking value for Enterprise customers and the existing 180,000+ businesses they are currently partnered with.

Here are a few requirements:

• You come from a strong technical background in the area of security with a familiarity regarding the unique challenges in these areas.
• Track record building successful security products for Enterprise customers.
• Previous experience leading SaaS b2b products.
• Previous entrepreneurial or consulting experience.
• A strong technical background in data.
• Demonstrable experience of launching and leading, the over-arching product strategy.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast paced environment. True, product-led, scale-up mentality.

You'll be based in their central London office location on a hybrid basis, 3 days a week.

As part of the interview process, you'll speak with the Head of Product for the Infrastructure and foundations group.
