We’re looking for Lead Generators to join our dynamic New Accounts team to have introductory conversations with customers about their financial situation, directing them to our Business Development Advisors to fulfil their financial goals.

What do we need you to do?

  • Qualify prospects with a view to ensuring broad suitability of solutions.
  • Work with a script, ensuring high standards of quality are maintained.
  • Hand over qualified prospects to the Business Development Advisors to complete the customer journey.
  • Liaise with multiple teams across the business, building your internal relationships and networks.
  • Listen actively and use your objection handling skills where necessary to ensure solution value.
  • Keep your admin up to date, connecting with your peers, team leaders and managers.

What skills and experience do we need you to have?

  • A desire to be part of something bigger, making a real difference to our customer’s lives.
  • A motivation to learn and constantly grow.
  • A hardy determination to handle the pressure of a high pace environment and targets.
  • The desire to be proactive, accountable, and resilient.
  • An empathy and understanding for people experiencing difficult times.
  • While experience in the debt advice sector, working to targets or in a contact centre would be an advantage, it’s not essential.
