All positions are permanent job roles from part time to full time hours!Duties and Responsibilities?Under the guidance of a Head Chef on duty, you will be a part of a dedicated team. Preparing and cooking high quality meals, assisting the Head Chef and Home Manager in menu planning. The Chef must ensure Residents with special dietary needs receive attractive, appropriate and varied meals. * Menu planning. * Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment. * Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. * Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards. * Follow recipes and presentation specifications. * Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Restock items as needed throughout the shift. * Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards. * Recording food temperatures.Role Requirement: * Strong communication skills * Ability to work as part of a team and individually * Flexibility and be able to adapt to the needs of Residents * Experience in a similar environment. * ·Actively help maintain compliance with current Dietary, Food Safety and EHO Standards. * ·Passionate about cooking.(You must be eligible to work in the UK)Full time Hours 27 - 35 hrs per week (including two weekends per month.)Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £11.80 - £12.00Limited interview slots are available so if you are interested please do not hesitate to contact me when you can.*Able offer staff benefits as well as support towards gaining*If you’re interested in the job please apply now
