Key Account Manager – Leading Drinks Wholesaler – London

Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

This role is super exciting and I am very happy to be working with such an established Drinks Wholesaler in the South East. This business has a fantastic reputation and an ongoing commitment to standards. This client is looking to double in size over the next 6 years!

They are currently seeking a Key Account Manager to look after their key accounts in London. The Key Account Manager will be key in building new business and nurturing existing relationships for the brand. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for delivering on targets and driving the business forward.

The ideal Key Account Manager must have experience working in the On Trade in London. This role will also involve trips to HQ to immerse in the team culture.

Key Account Manager responsibilities include:

• New business development and existing business maintenance
• Executing activity to support UK-wide leased and managed customers.
• Delivering brand education & training to supplier, retailer and consumer
• Qualitative selection and development of customers, including analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
• Identifying effective and beneficial sponsorship and promotional opportunities.
• Managing events and trade show

The Ideal Key Account Manager:

• The candidate will preferably have a proven track record in Sales and business development.
• Proven track record in working within the drinks industry, with extensive knowledge of the sector.
• Must have extensive experience for winning new business in the ON trade sector.
• A strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate and build relationships.
• Fantastic attitude and self starting ability, a thirst for progression.
• Must be results focused with good communication and teamwork skills.
