The role:

In this role, you will be involved in:

• Daily Operations: Help monitor the network to keep everything running smoothly. You'll perform routine maintenance and upgrades, ensuring the systems are secure and efficient.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve network issues as they arise, working alongside a supportive team to troubleshoot and provide solutions.
• Configuration: Assist in setting up network equipment and implementing network changes and upgrades.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of network setups and troubleshooting steps, contributing to the company’s knowledge base and standard operating procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to achieve common goals and communicate effectively to escalate issues when necessary.

What You Need:

• A degree in a relevant field such as Network Engineering or Computer Science.
• A basic understanding of networking concepts and hardware.
• Familiarity with IP addressing, subnetting, and routing protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• £35,000 basic salary
