We are now looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an IT Asset Specialist.
This role will be perfect for an individual who excels both independently and within a team, and who can contribute to the evolution of our IT asset management practices.
The successful candidate will work alongside the existing team member to ensure the efficient completion of all day-to-day activities related to hardware and software asset management.
This includes tracking and auditing hardware and software assets, disposing of hardware assets in accordance with relevant regulations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and mitigate risks associated with software licensing, and maintaining an effective license position for all software contracts.
As an IT Asset Specialist, you will be instrumental in advancing the ITAM function's maturity.
Collaborating closely with the IT Service Manager, you will evaluate current processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and help implement effective asset management practices.
