Join Our Dynamic Team as an IT Support Engineer!

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an IT Support Engineer. If you have a passion for technology and love problem-solving, then this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with senior team members, provide Group IT support to our London offices (travel allowance provided).
• Utilise our helpdesk ticketing system to engage with our internal clients at all levels. Your role will involve resolving IT-related issues promptly and providing top-notch solutions with great customer service.
• You'll handle the setup and configuration of new user accounts and hardware, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our team members.
• Keep our knowledgebase up-to-date with the latest resolution information and technical documentation. Your contributions will be invaluable in ensuring efficiency across our IT infrastructure.
• General IT troubleshooting and ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage desk moves and office relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to our day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• A thorough understanding of Microsoft Office 365 is essential. Your expertise will be crucial in maximizing productivity and efficiency across our organization.
• Ideally, you'll have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. However, if you're eager to learn and grow, we welcome your enthusiasm and dedication with open arms!
