JOB DESCRIPTION Manage a large team of colleagues who will work across 4 shift patterns and ensure that inventory KPIs are met and that effectively coordinate the service and support functions so that operations runs smoothly Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of ingredients and packaging materials, ensuring proper labelling, handling, and storage practices are followed Monitor inventory levels, analyse usage patterns, and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses Optimise inventory turnover and minimise waste by implementing strategies such as first-in-first-out (FIFO) rotation and efficient space utilisation. Monitor product shelf life and coordinate with the production team to ensure proper usage of ingredients within the specified timelines Liaise and communicate with the supply chain team and directly with suppliers to drive internal operational improvements Seek to continually improve processes and identify areas of potential weaknesses Experience with working in a supply chain management environment Experience in an FMCG environment Experience with working with external suppliers and managing internal stakeholders Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, WMS)

Location : The Beehive, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7JS
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, weekend working if/when required
