Position Overview:
Jackson Hogg, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a dynamic and experienced International Recruitment Consultant’s to focus on the US markets within the Life Sciences, Flavourings & Ingredients, and Renewables sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, a deep understanding of the recruitment market, and a passion for connecting top talent with industry-leading companies.

Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven track record of 360 recruitment experience, with a focus in a technical market (UK or US)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and respond to market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
