At Harnham we are currently hiring into our internal recruitment team! If you are an agency recruiter who is looking at a change or someone with talent acquisition experience within sales or recruitment, then this role could be a great fit.

Harnham is an established recruitment firm who specialise within data and analytics, we operate internationally and are hoping to grow our London team even more next year.

At Harnham, we have a strong operations team that also includes our people function where this role would fit. This role would be joining our established internal recruitment team who sit globally across the UK and US.

The Role

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant at Harnham, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to fill our open vacancies. Your focus will be on candidate experience, ensuring we are hiring the best people to join our teams across our UK and EU offices.

The recruitment process:

• Stakeholder Management: Actively understanding what our directors and heads of teams are looking for in order to grow their teams.
• Candidate Sourcing: Sourcing the best candidates through job board postings and headhunting individuals with the required skills, alongside writing and posting job adverts.
• Process Management: Scheduling interviews, preparing candidates for interviews, and regularly checking in to ensure processes are being followed effectively.
• Providing Feedback: Updating the candidate on the outcome of their interview, ensuring proper feedback is given and offering them the role if successful.

As an Internal Recruitment Consultant at Harnham, you'll earn a hiring bonus based on every placed candidate. This is paid monthly on top of your base salary.

Requirements

If you have experience in agency recruitment, either from being a recruiter yourself, or from being an internal recruiter in a similar company, then we want to hear from you.

• Experience in a recruitment environment: This could be any role where you have been exposed to hiring entry level talent.
• Strong communication skills: Developed through university experiences, extracurricular activities, or past roles.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment: Recruitment is a target-focused role where you will be working with KPIs.
