Internal Recruiter - (12-Month FTC)

Yolk Recruitment are searching for an Internal Recruiter to join a consultancy firm that specialises in providing cost-effective solutions for large-scale public, private, and infrastructure projects across Europe.

They are part of a global project and cost management organisation, which enhances their capabilities with extensive resources and expertise.

If you are a Recruiter who is looking for a proactive and organised Internal Recruiter to support our clients recruitment processes across various UK offices.

The ideal candidate will have a talent for identifying the right candidates, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively source candidates and manage job boards.
• Collaborate with Partners to identify and approve vacancies.
• Conduct and coordinate interviews, ensuring effective communication with candidates.
• Maintain a GDPR-compliant Talent Library and recruitment records.
• Oversee induction processes and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Requirements :

• Strong organisational skills with experience in in-house recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting demands and work under pressure.

Please note you must be eligible to work in the UK, Fluent English Speaker and have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
