Finatal is working a leading Private Equity House that require an interim Group Financial Controller to work within a leading UK-based services business within their portfolio.
You’ll be working closely with an experienced finance function on a number of complex accounting projects.
One of your first tasks will be to finalise the end of the audit before upskilling the wider team and attending to legacy consolidation issues.
You’ll assist in year-end reports, producing statutory accounts and also acquisition accounting.
You’ll be based in East London, working on a hybrid model.
Ideally, you’ll have a track record in:
- Group consolidations for complex UK businesses
- Working in PE-backed businesses
- Preparing statutory accounts
- UK GAAP
- Acquisition accounting / integration
- ACA qualified
