About the Role:


As the Interim Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in steering the business through a significant period of change.

Your responsibilities as the Financial Controller will include:


  • Drive the transformation of financial systems and processes for greater efficiency.
  • Improve the month-end accounting process for better clarity and accuracy.
  • Optimise reporting to deliver actionable financial insights.
  • Engage with stakeholders to manage change and gain their support.
  • Lead and mentor a small team, promoting excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee operational finance, including budgeting and forecasting.

    To be considered for the role of Financial Controller, you will have:


  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role within a dynamic and changing business environment.
  • A deep understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
