Insurance Account Manager in West Bridgford

From the office to the racetrack! Express Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established business who specialise in motor insurance. Our client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to handle client queries and insurance renewals.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a keen interest or previous experience within the motorsport industry. Our client is offering an amazing package with an excellent basic salary of up to c£29K D.O.E with a range of exciting benefits, including but not limited to:

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage new business enquiries and client renewals, including remarketing policies and issuing renewal documentation
• Handle incoming client queries, regarding policy coverage and changes to their cover
• Uphold and develop relationships with key insurer markets
• Identify potential gaps in client insurance, discussing further additions to the service
• Contact lapsed client and not taken up new business lists to attempt to win back the business
• Actively promote the referral process when placing new business or renewals
• Contribute towards the team’s revenue goals, both for renewal retention and new business

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as an insurance broker or similar, within personal lines
• Experience within motor insurance advantageous
• Experience in a similar customer facing role
• Previous account management experience beneficial
