About the role:  

We're searching for an exceptional Innovation Manager to join our dynamic CoLab team – based out of either our London or Birmingham offices. This is your chance to become the mastermind behind ground-breaking ideas that will revolutionise how we serve our clients.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Become our "Innovation Thought Leader" - Think of yourself as a guru, guiding colleagues and spearheading the firm's innovation strategy.
  • Be a relentless idea hunter - Identify and validate breakthrough opportunities through research, competitor analysis, and good old-fashioned curiosity.
  • Turn ideas into action - Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that tackle future challenges and disrupt the status quo.
  • Collaboration is key - Partner with clients, external organizations, and internal steering groups to build a robust innovation pipeline.
  • Empower the innovators - Cultivate a culture of creativity by fostering internal innovation capabilities and championing design thinking methodologies.
  • About you:

    We're looking for a passionate and strategic individual a wealth of experience in the innovation space. You'll be a master storyteller, able to transform complex ideas into clear and compelling narratives. Your sharp analytical skills will allow you to identify trends, conduct research, and build watertight business cases. But most importantly, you'll be a champion of bold thinking with the ability to lead, inspire, and push boundaries. 

    Here are the key skills and experience you'll need:

  • Experienced in innovation (consultancy or client-side)
  • Proven ability to think disruptively and influence stakeholders
  • Strong analytical & strategic thinking with research expertise
  • Commercial acumen & ability to build compelling business cases
  • Experience with Design Thinking & other innovation methodologies
  • Excellent communication & storytelling skills
  • Workshop design & facilitation expertise to engage all levels
