Individual Giving Manager in Southend-on-Sea

Percival are excited to be working with Havens Hospices to help them recruit for an Individual Giving Manager to join their dedicated and enthusiastic fundraising team.

Havens Hospices is doing some fantastic work with palliative care and support to adults, children, and families facing life-limiting illnesses. Their services include hospice care, symptom management, respite care, and emotional support to ensure patients and their loved ones receive the highest quality of life and dignity during difficult times.

Job Title: Individual Giving Manager

Report to: Deputy Head of Fundraising

Salary: £34,608

Working Pattern: Full Time, Permanent

Location: Southend-On-Sea (Essex), Hybrid

This role will play a key part in predominantly Direct Mail, Regular Giving, Lottery, Legacy, In-Memoriam and Digital. To be responsible for development, planning and delivery of Individual Giving strategies, ensuring new donors are acquired and retained, and that all donors are stewarded with effective donor pathways to maximise income and lifetime value. Additionally, to work closely with all fundraising colleagues to maximise more sustainable streams of income and to progress all donors and supporters towards legacy giving.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A proven track record of delivering Direct Mail appeals
• Experience in at least one other Individual Giving income stream (Digital, Lottery, Legacy, Regular Giving)
• Experience developing supporter journeys
• Used data insights to report on post-campaign data analysis.
