Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for an Acquisition Manager (Agency Face-to-Face) to join our Individual Giving Team based in London.

About us

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 young people each year.

Our Individual Giving team is high performing, bringing in over £20 million annually to the charity. Face-to-Face fundraising has been instrumental in growing our income and regular giving base, and this role will be a vital part of ensuring it continues to grow and innovate.

About you

  • Living within a commutable distance to London, and be able to travel into the office 2-3 days a week.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategically plan, develop, and implement our agency Face-to-Face programme.
  • Manage the performance of the agency programme, including overseeing all campaigns.
  • Set, monitor, and review annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Develop strategic and operational plans for the year, including donor forecasts and project plans.
  • Continually evolve the programme, improving lifetime value, and expanding our agency portfolio.
  • Work entrepreneurially, developing innovative ideas for campaign improvement and expansion.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing partners and build new ones.
  • Manage an expenditure budget of c. £4 million, ensuring a breakeven of under 36 months.
  • Lead and manage the Direct Marketing Officer.
