HAIL Partners are representing a prestigious mid-market private equity firm based in the West End. This client is looking for a talented and generalist HR Officer to join their HR team.
The Role:
- Supporting the HR team to assist in developing, implementing and creating HR policies.
- Working with the HR Business Partner to support on ER cases, payroll, L&D initiatives and training support.
- Working with the HR Coordinators to act as an escalation point.
- Supporting on data analysis and delivery, including HRIS.
- Liaising with the wider, global HR team.
Candidate skill set:
- Proven experience working in a HR team, in a generalist capacity within financial services.
- The ability to work in a global team.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law.
- Experience on Workday.
- Proactive and passionate about driving excellence.
