Full time (35 hours) – Hybrid Working, Leeds City Centre

The Role

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes: Provide advice and guidance on pay, terms of employment, and contractual changes.
• Maintain regulatory compliance: Ensure HR policies and processes meet FCA regulations and legislative requirements.
• Implement organisational changes: Develop and manage change solutions in line with the company's strategy.
• Manage HR projects: Scope, design, and implement HR projects with a focus on ROI.
• Handle employee relations: Serve as a contact point for employee matters and support managers in building capability.
• Qualifications and Knowledge: Degree, CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, in-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience and Skills: Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and a strong understanding of FCA regulations.
• Professional Attributes: High level of discretion, integrity, ethical conduct, and a dynamic professional team leader.
