We are looking for a highly organised and professional Human Resources Manager.
This role is required to support colleagues in our Clothing Collection Division (CCD), which is at the forefront of textile reuse and recycling, operating 4 warehouses all with their own unique purpose, and a complex staffing structure operating countrywide. Therefore, whilst we are looking for somebody who is a seasoned HR generalist, warehouse, distribution, and logistical experience will also be a key factor.
The role holder will provide comprehensive and professional support to the division, guiding and advising line managers across all aspects of human resources, always keeping in mind that this multi-disciplined division requires an understanding of just how diverse the job roles can be.
In an organisation where innovation is a constant, bringing in new resources, technologies, and processes on an ongoing basis, the nature of CCD is always changing and adapting, and as such the HR Manager for the division must be able to keep up with the new staffing requirements that it brings, always ensuring good people practises and standards, and planning for this continued improvement.
We are constantly growing and expanding the division, and working with a wide range of contractors means that experience working with TUPE would be highly desirable.
The role will be based out of our offices in Kettering, with ad hoc travel throughout the UK and the ability to work flexibly.
All key responsibilities and desirable skills can be found in the Job Description.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors.

See what some of our colleagues say about us:
“I joined SATCoL 5 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far, long may it continue. SATCoL has given me opportunities to develop and progress, and has taught me skills, both personally and professionally. They are a very supportive company, who helped considerably when I required that bit extra. And this support underpins SATCoL’s key aim in generating funds for those who need support the most – a characteristic that is demonstrated in all divisions, daily. I would highly recommend them as an employer as, not only do they strive for excellence, but they do this whilst operating a people-led culture.” – S, CCD Manager
“I feel extremely lucky to work for a company that truly cares about all of its colleagues and constantly go over and above to demonstrate that. SATCoL has a strong culture, with our values of Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Equality truly embedded and evidenced in every day of our working lives.” ST – Head of HR & Training
“I enjoy working for SATCoL because I know that all the effort and work that we put in as a team greatly benefits the members of the public that are disadvantaged and in need of assistance that The Salvation Army provides, not just in the UK but around the world. I enjoy working with the team around me. The team ethic that we have makes us drive each other onto better ourselves and our community.” – GW, Collector
