HR Manager (Newly Created Role) (Fantastic Package)

Vickerstock is delighted to be partnering with a highly-accredited, award-winning and multi-site organisation based in Ballymena in the recruitment of a newly created and unique HR Manager position.

You will play an integral role in cultivating the company culture, growing the company operations whilst providing HR support alongside the existing HR team to the organisation's 200 employees. What will you do as the HR Manager ?

As the HR Manager, you will be working alongside the Senior HR Professional and HR Officer to provide HR Support to over 200 employees. You will become central HR person in developing and cultivating the organisational culture whilst completing HR Generalist duties. Job Duties will include;

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process- including creating job descriptions, posting job adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, delivering feedback and facilitating on-boarding.
  • Leading training and development programmes ie. conducting training needs analysis, arranging training, delivering learning sessions and revising current learning and development activities.
  • Acting as an advisor on employee relations cases ie. conducting investigations, carrying out disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Overseeing current performance management and absence management processes
  • Completing reports surrounding absence management and company turnover to inform organisational decisions
  • Taking ownership of on-boarding process of new employees and off-boarding procedure of employees exiting the organisation.

What do you need as the HR Manager ?

As the HR Manager you will require;

  • Minimum of 4-5 years HR experience which includes operating at Human Resources Manager or HR Business Partner Level
  • Experienced in leading full 360 recruitment processes, training and development activities and employee relations cases.
  • Skilled in performance management, on boarding new employees and providing advice to line managers
  • Obtained HR Degree or achieved CIPD Level 5 Qualification
