Apply NowWe are currently partnering with a well-established educational body based in Cambridgeshire, who are recruiting for a
HR Coordinator
to join their team on a
permanent
basis.
This is a part-time position (27 hours) which offers
hybrid
working and a salary of £23,378 (£31,385 FTE) and some great additional benefits (see below).
Duties will include (but are not limited to):nAssisting with the preparation of job descriptions and recruitment packsnAssisting line managers with providing suitable interview questionsnSupporting line managers by sitting on interview panels and when requestednAdvising staff and managers on less complex employee relations issuesnEnsuring all payroll paperwork is received and logged, including right to work checksnDrafting paperwork for amendment to contracts including changes of hours, roles and paynResponding to straightforward HR queries regarding policies and the staff handbooknBooking, monitoring and logging training completions e.

first aid trainingnWriting letters to confirm resignation acceptance and calculating accrued annual leave entitlementnAssisting with writing reports for committees e.

Experience required:nExperience of working in an administration capacity within HRnIdeally be Level 5 CIPD qualifiednKnowledge of employment lawnExperienced user of Microsoft OfficenDemonstrate factual and theoretical knowledge of HR Administration
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:nExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsnExcellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesnAbility to build and maintain effective working relationships and networksnAbility to resolve complex problemsnAbility to work independently and unsupervised
