Human Resources Administrator in Doncaster

NRL are currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join our client in their Doncaster office. The role will working in the heavy engineering construction industry working on some of the most sought after projects in the UK.

As the Human Resources Assistant you will play a vital role in helping the client deliver and expand throughout the UK and will be a point of contact for HR & ER matters which in turn will enhance your knowledge and skills.

Main Responsibilities

• Continously maintaining a relationship with new workers onboarding and with the central offices overseas.
• Assist and manage overseas workers with movement to the UK including visa management in the United Kingdom - expeirence is desirable.
• Onboarding new starters and managing the process.
• Manage human resources policies and ensure compliance.
• Resolve labour conflicts and promote a good work environment.
• This is a busy fast paced role which in time will develop and grow alongside your development.

Requirements

• Good HR knowledge and UK employment laws.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and heavy construction environments.
• Must be fluent in English - Essential - conversational spanish desirable (not essential).
