Responsibilities:

1. Organizational development and promotion of implementation: Based on business needs, propose organizational development needs, assist local organizations in designing and promote implementation;

2. Work closely with the headquarters to assist in solving local HR problems based on the HR needs of organizational managers and in conjunction with HR-related systems and local policies;

3. Personnel recruitment and allocation: Based on business needs, propose the local company's annual personnel plan and recruitment needs, carry out recruitment implementation and staff allocation;

4. Talent development and training implementation: Based on business development and personnel requirements, propose talent development needs, assist in formulating and promoting the implementation of talent development and training work;

5. Understand the ideological status of employees, conduct interviews and counseling, serve as the HR contact window for local employees, receive and handle employee complaints, etc.;

6. Daily administrative work: Responsible for local office administrative management and expense management, attendance and salary management, organization of daily activity arrangements, formulation and release of administrative related management regulations, etc.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or related management major, able to communicate in English on a daily basis, local Chinese in the UK are preferred;

2. More than five years of human resources related experience, with overseas experience in HRBP of large companies;

3. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods industries such as mobile phones and electronics is preferred;

4. Good image, excellent language expression, communication and coordination skills, and strong affinity;

5. Outgoing personality, good professional ethics and professional ethics;
