We are looking for a dedicated HR Shared Services Assistant to join the team at our Manchester office.
In this varied role you will provide a comprehensive administration and support service across a range of activities with exposure across the whole employee lifecycle from Recruitment and onboarding to every day HR queries and projects.
Each day will be different, you will be the first point of contact for managers and colleagues providing first line advice and guidance around HR processes, updating and maintaining the HR system (Workday), working efficiently to produce high quality correspondence and documentation, and contributing to the review of automation of our processes.
You will also work closely with our talented team of Partners and Advisors across the whole People Team.
Key Responsibilities
What you’ll have:
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for providing a quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
A key attribute of the successful candidate will be high levels of attention to detail, a customer centric approach and experience of working with sensitive and confidential data.
To be a success in this role, you will have previous administration experience and proven experience of using a range of MS packages.
