This organisation is looking for an HR Programme Manager to manage a range of technical and non-technical change projects, including implementing the HR & OD Target Operating Model and a SuccessFactors upgrade. What is the role
You will be responsible for ensuring the effective alignment of activity related to the design, build and implementation of cross department processes. You will be working with the wider HR team to deliver projects in the roadmap including implementing the upgrade of SuccessFactors. You will be developing project documentation, managing large high-risk projects that impact staff, monitoring workloads, providing status updates, managing risk, and leading the transformation team. You will also ensure the user experience design is delivered and driving automation and self-service processes are considerate of the end user experience.
