HR Programme Manager

  • 24 month FTC
  • Paying up to £130,000 plus bens, plus bonus potential

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a diverse, international Bank. This organisation is looking for an HR Programme Manager to manage a range of technical and non-technical change projects, including implementing the HR & OD Target Operating Model and a SuccessFactors upgrade. You will also be responsible for managing a team and overseeing the day-to-day management of the projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to create sustainable and lasting change!

What is the role

You will be responsible for ensuring the effective alignment of activity related to the design, build and implementation of cross department processes. You will be working with the wider HR team to deliver projects in the roadmap including implementing the upgrade of SuccessFactors. You will be developing project documentation, managing large high-risk projects that impact staff, monitoring workloads, providing status updates, managing risk, and leading the transformation team. You will also ensure the user experience design is delivered and driving automation and self-service processes are considerate of the end user experience.

Candidate Profile/Experience

  • To apply you must have extensive HR Programme/Project management experience in Financial or Professional Services
  • Experience in delivering HR transformation projects including the implementation of SuccessFactors
  • A proven track record of scoping and working on complex projects and used to working with high levels of ambiguity
  • Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management skills and strong decision making skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to influence different business areas and management levels
  • Excellent financial management and commercial decision making skills
  • Demonstrate the use of your analytical skills to solve problems and identify solutions
