If you have the ambition, enthusiasm and determination to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you.You will be passionate about supporting organisational change and will lead on policy development and implementation.You will play a key role in delivering our equality, diversity and inclusion strategy and work closely with the Associate Director - Organisation Development, to deliver our organisational change and development agenda.You will explore new legislative developments, trends and emerging industry best practice and build strong relationships with university colleagues to champion our position as a leading creative arts education employer in the UK.You will have strong generalist HR experience in a complex organisation, including employee relations and policy development, ideally with experience of delivering change, performance management and organisational development.
