They are a global automotive supplier that create a variety of solutions that have big growth plans due to recent business moves and success.Job Description:You will be responsible for managing day to day HR operations, answering HR queries from employees and assisting in the development of the company's HR presence on site.Skills & experience: * CIPD level 3 or equivalent * Experience working within the HR function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment * Ability to coach and train other employees * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels * Assertive personality, ability to challenge decision makers on choices with impact to the company
