Job Title : HR Generalist
Location: Ballymena
Salary: 35-40k
Contract: Full Time / Permanent / Hybrid

VANRATH are partnering with our multisite client in the Ballymena area.

You will working alongside the current HR & Wellbeing Officer to provide day-to-day support, advice, and guidance on employee relations matters, as well as managing recruitment, training, and employee engagement activities.



You will be responsible for:

  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding
  • Learning and Development
  • HR Compliance
  • HR Consulting
  • Managing employee engagement initiatives
  • People / Culture Management
  • Provision of high quality and accurate reports in relation to absence, turnover, fixed term contracts etc
  • Performance Management
  • Supporting Recruitment and Staffing

    • About you:

  • CIPD Level 5
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Experience in a busy HR function within the FMCG, Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction sector.
