With company culture at the heart of who they are and what they do, we are delighted to be working with an organisation who holds themselves accountable to high standards, as they recruit an HR Director who will be responsible for the development and execution of HR plans for Europe, Middle East and Africa in achievements of business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR management experience, including regional HR leadership roles within the EMEA region. This individual will possess strong leadership and team management skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They will have a knowledge and understanding of EMEA labour laws and HR best practices, demonstrating strategic thinking and the ability to translate business needs into effective HR initiatives. You will also be able to exhibit high cultural sensitivity and the capability to work effectively in diverse cultural environments. You will be prepared to travel within the EMEA region as necessary to support regional HR activities and initiatives.
Experience in shaping organisational culture and with a background in construction, engineering, or manufacturing is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, managing demands with a detail-oriented approach. They will be innovative, able to set up solutions, and bring an exciting, fun, and growth-oriented attitude to the role. This person will have a strong appetite for growth, both personally and for the organisation, driving initiatives that support and enhance regional and global HR objectives.
