HR Consultant
Belfast
Up to £35k
This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving team of HR consultants, providing HR services ranging from employee relations to company reorganisation. This opportunity will give you a variety of experience to develop your career.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30. With 3 days working from home!
The Role:
- Development and maintenance of client relationships.
- HR advisory on day-to-day issues as they arise.
- Development and implementation of HR policies & procedures.
- Support with recruitment & selection process.
- Support and advise clients through redundancies & TUPE.
- Contribute to the growth of the business and your client portfolio.
About You:
- 3rd level qualification in business or related field or CIPD.
- 2+ years’ HR generalist experience.
- HR consultancy experience is desirable.
